CALLOUSNESS/HARD-HEARTEDNESS:
A LACK OF EMOTIONAL RESPONSE TO WRONGDOING.
UNAPOLOGETIC:
NOT OFFERING REGRET.
APPROVAL/CELEBRATION:
ENDORSING THE NEGATIVE BEHAVIOR RATHER THAN REGRETTING
